It is based on work that spans two decades and over 100 qualitative and quantitative field studies across categories featuring thousands of interviews with consumers exhibiting deep, long-term relationships with brands. 

Loyalty is a science, and it can be architected within any brand environment. It can be defined, measured, and activated in any company, big or small. And, anyone can learn how to do it.
